Human Resources Strategic Evaluations

Critical to the implementation of new or revised human resources management approaches is an evaluation of
pre-existing human resources policies, processes and practices. Evaluations, like audits, are done in the context
of employment law, best practices, and/or defined strategic needs and direction. They include quantitative
measurement and qualitative assessments of current workforce trends and issues.

SOAR conducts such evaluations, consolidates findings, and makes
