SOAR provides support for day-to-day human resources management and services activities, including:

Development of hiring plans and recruiting support
Orientation of new hires
Management of performance issues including advice
on disciplinary actions and terminations

Compensation and benefits plan management
Employee communication initiatives
Recognition program management
Coaching, counseling and mentoring

These services may be short term in nature, such as with recruiting
support, or may be on a longer-term, retainer basis for
scheduled support. SOAR will tailor its services to its clients' needs.
